Refunds are only issued if your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong product. In these cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the issue to ensure a quick resolution.
If your claim is approved, we will provide either a replacement of the same item (subject to availability) or a full refund to your original payment method.
The faulty/incorrect items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the shipper’s address on file.
Items that do not meet the criteria for a refund can be returned for exchange or a store credit. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and the returned items must meet the conditions stated above.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Custom orders, altered items, and sale/discounted pieces are final and cannot be returned.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving your return. You may also request an exchange or store credit where applicable.
Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty. Please allow 3 business days for a refund to be processed on merchandise that was received damaged.
